The raw materials that have received the gentlest handling are the most suitable for our ingredient production. Our pre-treatment process makes sure that the whey we use is in its most natural state, giving us the greatest possible freedom to obtain the specific functional and nutritional characteristics required of our products. Pre-treatment involves pasteurisation, centrifugation, decanting and microfiltration to maintain the whey components in their native state. Bacterial status and compositional changes are also evaluated.
