International trade fairs provide an excellent opportunity for meeting with customers and strengthening relations. At this year’s Hi Europe in Frankfurt, we expect to attract even more interest than usual with our new launches for sports and clinical nutrition. Once again, we will be demonstrating the apparently endless nutritive potential of whey protein.Within the mainstream food sector, two major yoghurt trends have captured our attention – indulgent Greek yoghurt on the one hand, and high-protein yoghurt for fitness and weight management on the other.
 
The high protein content of both categories represents a challenge for taste, texture and stability that we use our functional milk proteins to solve. As always, our primary goal is to ensure the suitability of our solutions for your existing production lines.
