The water binding capabilities of Nutrilac® for cottage cheese improve the creaminess of the dressing and make low fat cottage cheese less runny.

Using the potential of our Nutrilac® proteins, you are able to stabilise the dressing without the use of non-dairy stabilisers, enabling you to offer your consumers a high quality clean label product in many variants.
