Emma Stevenson is Professor of Sport and Exercise Science at the Institute of Cellular Medicine in the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Newcastle University. Emma is also the project lead for ‘Protein for Life’ and a senior researcher in university’s Human Nutrition Research Centre. Emma’s research focuses on the effects of exercise and nutritional interactions on human metabolism and nutritional interventions that influence appetite regulation and postprandial metabolism.
