Geórgia Alvares de Castro has more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industries. She is a qualified nutritionist and holds a degree in food engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa, a Master's degree in Food Technology from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), and a Ph.D. in Food and Nutrition from INRA (French National Institute for Agricultural Research) and UNICAMP.
