Arla Foods Ingredients currently runs high-tech application centres in Argentina, China and Denmark. Used for both research and product trials, the centres have a customer satisfaction track record that is close to 100%.
Our highly flexible, small-scale equipment can be rapidly adjusted to simulate specific production processes. This means we can carry out fast and effective application trials, dramatically shortening the time to market of new products. With yoghurt alone, our application centres can run up to 150 trials a week.
In addition to researching and discovering valuable new protein fractions, our centres also identify and test new application opportunities. Through these activities, customers can see how we can contribute to the development of new, exciting food products.
